You want to buy this house
If you want to live with this view from your dining room, living room, kitchen, and bedroom: contact me. It's for sale. It's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and quite lovely. The laundry room is fantastic and big with a great set of cupboards. It has a three car garage. The long driveway is lined with beautiful red flowers. There are many established trees and plants. There are bananas, a lemon tree, a grapefruit tree, a sour sop tree, two small garden areas - and more. This charming tropical house is surrounded by a small coffee orchard which is shaded by an orange grove. It is wonderful to be in the kind of community where everyone who drives by will honk and wave. It's in a small town in Costa Rica called Huacas, near Hojancha. Internet is available out there. The house is solidly built, designed by the same man who designed the Huacas church. The property is 3.5 acres.
The price is $250,000 U.S. dollars. If you are interested please contact me at zethamblin@gmail.com or contact Angel Andreasen at a.andreasen0@gmail.com
This map of Costa Rica shows Hojancha, which is the closest "big" town. Meaning it has a great bakery, and many stores, 15 minutes from Huacas. The nearest beach is 45 minutes away, called Playa Carillo. If you look at the gulf of Nicoya you will see the big island Isla de Chira. The property is in the middle of the section between the gulf and the Pacific Ocean with a great view of the island. Watching a full moon come up is a fantastic memory.
This is me standing by an exotic tree in the back yard. Occasionally a parrot or toucan likes to perch and pose in this tree.
The weather is especially nice up here, with the warm days and delightfully cooler nights.
This is a fraction of the flowers that are just starting their four months of growth, in this one section of the driveway.
This is the covered back patio, see the gigantic picture window? That's the dining room area, behind it is the living room. The window you see on the left is where the kitchen sink is.
These next two pictures are in opposing directions. This shows a room by the front door, and how the kitchen leads into the dining area.
This shows the door to the master bedroom, the spacious living space, and the door to the third bedroom, guest bathroom, and laundry room.
These monkeys are incredibly fun. They come around every few days to a different part of the yard. It's amazing to stand in the driveway and watch them eat their dinner in a big tree with unique orange blossoms that are so pretty they could be called artistic.
